Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of use, large feature set, complete API and Power BI integration. the licensing model allows for an unlimited number of employees to use it. Cons The dashboard feature has its limitations that can be easily remediated by using Power BI.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Integration into Figma ecosystem is great: possibility to use Figma designs and components. You can leverage Figma community for templates and plugins. Also it's possible to invite unlimited free editors for 24h sessions! Surprisingly, it's cheaper than other whiteboarding tools. FigJam is a great way to stay in touch and communicate with co-workers across the country and world. Cons No real downside about this tool... The only limitation is that it's sometimes viewed as a "designer tool" whereas it's great for non-designers too : you can draw org charts for HR, accounts plan for sales, workflows for engineers & Software architects. Little difficult to understand, not as smooth running as I had hoped.
