Pros

  • BM is very easy to use, strong support, good configuration options, and very good pricing for a small business. The resume upload and parsing solution works really well. Additionally, it much more than just an ATS. It has CRM capability and a solid integrated job manager.

Cons

  • The UI and navigation is simple to use but feels and looks a bit dated.

  • Great CS team that is always ready to help. They really listen to their customers and will step in to make sure you can use the product to what you need.

  • Crelate gives a lot of information on how to do things, as well as provides free webinars and breaks down the different features.
  • Best CRM that I have used to date. Once you realize this is a trie database-driven system, it is very powerful.
