It brings jobs, estimates, online approvals, invoices and payments, time tracking, a client portal, schedules, daily logs, photos, and documents into one browser-based workspace. Teams can build Gantt schedules with dependencies, record daily work by voice, track budgets and job costs by cost code, and manage change orders. Clients can review project information and approve proposals or change orders online. AI drafts daily-log text for a foreman to review and sign. The interface is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so field and office staff can work in their preferred language. Groundflag runs in desktop and mobile browsers; native mobile apps are not yet available.

Pros from Real Users Pros Highly intuitive interface that allows for customizations that best fit with your needs. Allows us to put the right people and resources in place to get projects done efficiently. Creates really in-depth GANTT chart visuals, and reports we use to monitor and assess project progress. Forecasting has some nice features too. Customer service was great to get started and helped us learn how to properly use the program and customize as we needed.
