• Adaptability is one thing That is required for any business to run in modern field and LogicalDOC adapted. Prior to update, their customer support was only for Italians or those who know Italian. But as of now, they started offering Multilingual support and that helped us a lot. Their customer support has gotten great and they respond to your queries ASAP.
• So far, LogicalDOC has been a good partner for handling private data with doable security. Only the administration has the authority to let selected people from the team to access the documents and manage them.
• They have API integration option too so you can just integrate their system's API in yours to keep the flow of data from a single site. You can handle your files on your screen without actually visiting their site. That's kinda cool. They also provide multi language support.
• Although there are quite a number of companies that will provide you cheap services but Logical DOC is always our team's top priority. because they do not offer packages but trust. You can be sure that your data is protected no matter the confidentiality. Either it a super top secret or just casual business or project data, LogicalDOC handles everything with utmost Security. Only the administration has the access to let other access it. Else, no one can peek on it. And their customer support has also improved a lot recently so you won't have to worry about asking for their help directly.
• Their version control system is really impressive. like if the system goes through a maintenance, you can feel assured that your data is not going to go down or exposed to any invulnerability.
• The availability of APIs integration for continuous and scalable data flow management and enhanced security features are a good go. They also offer a huge storage for your work to be stored without much of a hassle of categorizing and storing only top level data. As a Tech guy, I love that feature
• The security mechanism is very sensitive that is the best value to money here. And the reason I would recommend other companies to use their services.
