Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. webapp is very intuitive, and our non technical maintenance team was able to onboard it fairly easily 2. Their support and engineering team is awesome, they're always on emails/zoom providing help 3. the locating accuracy is insane - we have never used any other BLE based technology that remains under 2-3ft of locating accuracy even in heavy metal filled warehouses Cons 1. it is not catered to any specific industry-like they serve healthcare, logistics, manufacturing etc. The UI could be applied towards all industries
