Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros General experience within one page. Idea is nice. Cohesive webpage. View what you get at a glance for marketing. Wide range of experiences to choose from, selection process was straight forward and easy to navigate, very helpful Blueboard concierge. Alternative solution for keep motivation on employees. And it is a nice tool as employee can select by own preferences. I love that I am surprised it each with beer from breweries all over the US. It is so much fun!!! Very seamless process handled by a Blueboard Concierge member. My concierge was very responsive and informative. Provided valuable feedback on my initial booking and assisted me with rebooking at a location that met my criteria. Cons Great on surface level, but service is lacking. Not enough variety provided. Concierge does nothing except place in an order for items within the budget for tangible experiences. There is no inquiry as to what someone might like and instead one gets stuck with all one type of item and no variety whatsoever. Waste of money here, I'd rather receive company swag than this type of appreciation. I do not have anything negative to say about my experience with Blueboard. I didn't have any real issue with the gift reward. Nothing! I do not have any cons for this experience. I can't say I experienced any cons. I think there are activities that will cater to most. With any perk related platform, my only advice would be to continue adding new vendors to your list of options.
