Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Efficiency - schedulers who typically take 8 to 12 minutes to schedule an existing patient for a follow up appointment now take only 2 to 3 minutes to schedule. Time to Appointment - Specialties such as Cardiology or Imaging typically took 24+ days to get into a specialist, now the average is less than 5 days to see your doctor. Cons The only con that could be considered is the change management portion. Many schedulers are used to fax or calling the patient. Scheduling online while the patient is on premise took some workflow changes.
