Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - No Altcoins / Bitcoin-only Service - Simple & Straight-Forward Interface - 2FA Required for BTC Withdrawals - Responsive Customer Service (during SMSF account creation) - Vault feature to transparently hold any funds with exchange. See below. Cons There were no issues that I ran into that have required customer service. I know some have had questions instead of reading FAQ's, but said customer service was very quick and solved issues quickly. Worst exchange in Australia, I convert 20 of bitcoin to lightning and they block my withdrawal, huh my account was approved so why the dictatorship attitude? Treating me like a criminal over a 20 buck purchase of btc, Just because I refuse to send fiat onto the exchange only because it's too high and many others offer this service for free.
