See below. Cons There were no issues that I ran into that have required customer service. I know some have had questions instead of reading FAQ's, but said customer service was very quick and solved issues quickly. Worst exchange in Australia, I convert 20 of bitcoin to lightning and they block my withdrawal, huh my account was approved so why the dictatorship attitude? Treating me like a criminal over a 20 buck purchase of btc, Just because I refuse to send fiat onto the exchange only because it's too high and many others offer this service for free. Cons Their app is messed up, when you load it up it constantly goes off and on and shockingly they entered me in the wrong trade proceeded to take 20% of what was traded in 2 minutes and they refuse to refund me.
