I know some have had questions instead of reading FAQ's, but said customer service was very quick and solved issues quickly. Worst exchange in Australia, I convert 20 of bitcoin to lightning and they block my withdrawal, huh my account was approved so why the dictatorship attitude? Treating me like a criminal over a 20 buck purchase of btc, Just because I refuse to send fiat onto the exchange only because it's too high and many others offer this service for free.
