About

BitHide is a Hong Kong–registered crypto wallet software provider operating since 2021, offering a non-custodial infrastructure that enables businesses to deploy internal systems for cryptocurrency acceptance, asset flow management, and automated financial workflows. Its proprietary security and operational tools include network routing and automated address management, while companies retain absolute control over their funds and private keys. The solution supports unlimited wallets in a single workspace, automated mass disbursements, TRON fee optimization for USDT TRC-20, and integration modules for automated AML scoring. BitHide integrates through API, widgets, or custom payment pages and has been featured in major global media, including Reuters, Benzinga, and Business Insider.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Role based access and approval logic reduce human error during transaction execution. Clear visibility and logs provide transparency for clients and regulators. Responsive support understands business requirements, not just technical questions.
  • As a finance executive working at the intersection of fintech, compliance, and high-volume crypto operations, I’m very selective about infrastructure tools. BitHide feels engineered, not hyped. Granular user roles, multi-wallet architecture, built-in AML controls, and configurable transaction privacy make it usable at enterprise scale. The ability to manage approvals, permissions, and risk exposure without breaking operational speed is a big win. What I value most is that BitHide treats privacy as a controllable parameter — not an attempt to bypass compliance. It’s rare to see a crypto product that aligns so well with real-world financial governance. This is crypto infrastructure built for finance teams.

Cons

  • Some advanced features required initial setup to match our workflow. Configuration took some time to get right.
  • Can't really decide, the only thing I didn't like is that I didn't find this tool earlier.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Cregis combines Payment Engine, WaaS, merchant wallet management, and settlement workflows in one platform. This helps us connect incoming stablecoin payments to our own merchant system while maintaining control over the customer-facing experience. Tron Energy is also useful for managing USDT-TRC20 operating costs.
  • The WaaS capabilities are especially useful for creating structured wallet and address workflows across multiple merchants. We can link payment addresses to our own internal records while maintaining clearer visibility into transaction status and fund movement.
  • TRON support and Tron Energy are particularly relevant to our payment flows. For a PSP handling USDT-TRC20, network costs and fund consolidation deserve as much attention as the checkout experience. Cregis brings these operational considerations into the same product discussion as wallets and payment acceptance.
  • WaaS is the most relevant part of Cregis for our business. We need an address structure that connects blockchain payments with merchants in our own platform. Having wallet APIs available gives our engineering team a starting point without taking on every part of wallet infrastructure development.
  • Cregis gives us a consistent infrastructure layer for exchange wallet operations. It reduces the amount of wallet functionality we need to maintain independently while our own platform continues to manage accounts, trading, and customer records.

Cons

  • Nope. Merchant payment collection, WaaS, settlement, reconciliation, and USDT-TRC20 cost management.
  • More detailed examples for complex merchant structures would improve onboarding.
  • We would like clearer worked examples showing how network fees and energy requirements vary across different transaction patterns. That would make it easier to assess costs before committing to a production setup.
  • The initial design still requires careful planning. Teams need to define address ownership, internal identifiers, and fund consolidation rules before integrating. More sample architectures for multi-merchant PSPs would help.
  • More network-specific examples for address attribution, confirmation status, and failed transfers would be helpful for developers.
