Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros BIGContacts has completely changed how I manage my contacts. Having all the details—names, emails, and past interactions—in one place makes it easy to stay organized and pick up conversations seamlessly, even after a long time. The custom fields feature is quite helpful for tracking specific information. The email marketing tools are also excellent. Automating campaigns saved me so much time, and the ability to personalize emails and segment contacts for targeted messages really boosted engagement. BIGContacts CRM has taken our email marketing and workflow automation to new heights, making our business operations more streamlined and efficient. We can segment our contacts based on various criteria, ensuring that our messages reach the right audience at the right time. Additionally, we can assign follow-up tasks, send automated reminders, and triggering specific actions based on customer behavior. Cons It would be great if BIGContacts offered a downloadable or on-premise version for businesses that prefer offline access or have specific security needs. However, the cloud-based setup works well for flexibility and convenience, so it’s not a major drawback. We would like to see more advanced search and filtering options in the upcoming versions of the application.
