Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing that other systems cant deliver despite the promises at the start by the salesman, typical pressure tactics to get you to sign up on that day should have raised alarm bells. Tracking feature is fantastic. Allows you to monitor the teams location to in turn keep the client updated. The teams live speed and driving habits are also shown on the tracking feature. You can run a wide range of reports. Very friendly technicians who are always there to help. Being able to manage the business flow from client lead to invoice within one system. - CRM - Plan Schedule Dispatch - Road Crew Support - Alerting Very easy to change over to from our old time taking system to BigChange! Made all our jobs easier in the back office and also made my company more efficient. The BigChange system is how we run the whole company. We send jobs, track jobs, track timing, engineers, send invoices, track finances etc. etc. Cons Big Change, BIG promises that they fail to deliver, no help with transition from an existing system and no help at all (unless you pay extra of course) with the bespoke elements of the system that they claim during the sales and onboarding process will be no problem to integrate. As soon as you sign up and the pro-forma and direct debits have been arranged you struggle to hear from anyone. This system has cost my company a fortune and we are going back to our original system as its was far more user friendly and efficient, I will ask all of my staff members to provide an honest non -biased review of Big Change where it relates to their particular user experiences in their various roles, this has been a Big Mistake for a VERY EXPENSIVE system that fails to deliver. I have not come across anything that I don't like. Improvement can be made within the stock movements. I wish we had this system in earlier knowing now how much it would benefit our company. The ergonomics of the system can be improved slightly, but this is the only thing I can see wrong with it. The field and office people all can open and use with limited training. It is very user friendly. Safety Culture provides some very effective tools for my tasks particularly with how easily it allows me to report and address hazards on the plant floor. That kind of immediately feedback loop is essential to maintaining a proactive approach to workplace safety. Easy to Navigate. I enjoy the AI assistant. In today s society, speed is in demand. This new feature gives that. Easy to use in both the office and the field with a clean, intuitive interface. Customizable inspection templates for quality control, safety audits, equipment inspections, and punch lists. Mobile app allows inspections, photos, and notes to be completed directly from the job site. Professional reports are generated quickly and are easy to share with project teams, owners, and subcontractors. Digital recordkeeping improves organization, accountability, and compliance. Corrective actions are easy to assign, track, and verify. Reduces paperwork and saves time compared to traditional paper inspection forms. Works well for commercial, industrial, and federal construction projects. You can create your own form to include all the items you want to cover. It is very easy to add photos to each item/question for reference. Ease of use, easy to navigate UI, extremely customizable to your company's needs. My agency has been using it for years now! App makes it easy to conduct our safety inspections when onsite. uploading pictures is a breeze, and the layout is just exactly what we want as a company.
