Create formatted or template-based Excel outputs, combine applicable outputs into multi-tab workbooks, and assemble multiple reports into one email, ZIP file or bookmarked PDF. Deliver reports to internal and external recipients through email, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, FTP, SFTP, network folders, Slack and printers. Recipients can receive exported files without needing Power BI access. Manage reporting operations with execution history, notifications, configured retries and blank-report handling. PBRS brings report generation, packaging and distribution into one workflow for organizations whose needs extend beyond straightforward subscriptions or individual Power Automate flows.
