Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We were looking to use a community software to give our customers a voice with a community built around of consumer electronics brand. We evaluated different community platforms but Tribe was the most comprehensive community platform. Personally, I like how customisable it is -- you can just mould it to adapt your brand guidelines and showcase the exact social elements on the community site. We could easily integrate it into our website and mobile app thanks to its powerful API and SDK. The support team and customer success managers are the true experts at answering questions and will help you implement all kinds of useful great ideas. Here are the key pointers: - Straightforward setup and configuration - Relatively easy integration using the API - Simple functionality and easy to navigate through the admin panel - Cost effective compared to other products based on the available features - Dedicated and super responsive account managers When we decided to migrate from an existing community solution, initially it seemed very challenging. However, Tribe team really made it fast and easy by having the right migration processes and tools. Their community success team was always available to handle issues and requests. What I liked very much about Tribe is the simplicity of their core platform that can be extended with different apps based on my community need. We got all these great solutions at a fraction of cost we used to spend on the previous platform. Cons The direct communication between users was not available. They claimed it’s already on the company’s roadmap. Can’t wait to have it activated for our community. Some features were not working as expected at the beginning. However, the strong support team fixed the bugs in a very short time. Tribe did not provide us with any mobile app but to be fair the messenger integration was a great replacement. Their idea that people do not want to just install another mobile app sounded reasonable.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is really no easier platform to publish written material and quality images than Minds.com . Creating blogs is as easy as creating a post, replies are easy and it's a great way to get feedback. Minds is a free speech platform. You can earn crypto and boost your content. Great for content creators. The interface is pretty easy to use and after several years the rewards became somehow valuable - Minds is probably one of the very first social media platforms focusing on crypto which took a while to really implement. I tried Minds several years ago. It had a lot of potential. I only came back to Minds recently after having a very bad experience on Hive. Minds is a pretty good place to share your memes. Alternative to Facebook as looked similar and could go there whenever was on a ban. Would be on there now if I hadn't been deleted. Cons It needs work on allowing multiple images in a thread and inserting videos. I'm not a user of its online community / chat features I use it to read and post to which I do often. Not sure that there is a whole that I don't like. If there is problems, they seem to work on them pretty quickly. Pretty hard to create relations and I am still not sure how to engage best within the groups there. It took a bit long until the tokens got value, at least it became after years an Ethereum token. Not that easy to cash out though. Minds seems to be taken over by Conspiracy theories and Right Wing Politics. There doesn’t seem to be a way to earn a good amount of crypto. If you are just a normal person Minds seems to be saturated with Pro Trumpers. No help from any admins whatsoever despite replying to every email accusing me of spamming.
