Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros BetterCloud combines all data into a single secure scanner platform. It gives you alarm alert if any issue found by BetterCloud. It supports Datadog for analytics integrations. Saved me a ton of time offboarding former employees. It used to be the most tedious task when I would have to offboard a developer(like half of my day...). Now its quick and easy. Plus im a big fan of their permissions managment and gsuite integration, very good looking interface. Cons I'm pretty impressed with its effectiveness. No cons. customer service isnt perfect but I didn't find it to be much of a problem personally.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Gave me the overview I needed for my SaaS licenses and usage. It automatically detects all SaaS usage. Simple to get started and quick return on that investment. Cut costs of unused subscriptions and structure our offboarding process so we know which services to cancel when an employee leaves. I love being able to understand what everybody is using without asking around as I had to do before. I really like that it allows me to have the rest of the team working with me to keep an updated overview of all our subscriptions and user licenses. Substly has made the offboarding of employees and consultants much easier for us. We got a much better control over subscriptions due to Substly's software. We save both time and money. Cons I would have liked to be able to track desktop usage as well, but it's not a deal-breaker as most of tools are SaaS. Takes a few hours to get your data together to populate the system initially. For my needs, it is spot on. All the features I need are included in the package. Earlier I lacked some automation but with the updated integration to Google Workspace that was launched recently there is nothing I dislike. Didn’t know what to expect from such a product but so far there isn’t much to complain about.
