	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Puremail account deliverability tested measurably higher than other providers using identical content across sends. Real difference showed up in inbox placement and downstream reply rates. Dashboard handles hundreds of inboxes without becoming unusable. Bulk filtering, selection, actions all work well. Enables one person to manage what would otherwise need dedicated ops headcount. Powers cold email infrastructure across 15+ client accounts for our agency. Reliable batches, consistent quality, and the setup handling saves us hours per new client onboarding process. Order turnaround is quicker than other providers ive used before. Full batch of inboxes ready within a day compared to the multi day wait other services put me through. 800+ inboxes across enterprise sales operations through puremail. Support scales with account size, provisioning stays fast, quality holds consistent across the fleet at all times. Rare vendor experience at this scale. Cons Per inbox deliverability metrics inside the dashboard would help ops. Bulk actions on 500+ inbox selections could be a bit faster. Agency workspace view for multiple client account groups would be a great addition. Initial domain setup for first order took a few extra hours of back and forth to get right. Dedicated enterprise account manager relationship would be nice.
