Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Baited stands out because the phishing simulations feel much closer to real social engineering than standard template-based awareness tools. The AI and OSINT-driven approach makes campaigns contextual, relevant and much more believable for employees. I also liked that the platform connects simulation with interactive awareness, so the learning moment happens immediately after the scenario instead of feeling like a separate training module. For security teams, the value is clear: it helps expose how public company information, roles and trust patterns can become attack material. Cons Baited is still a young platform, so buyers expecting a huge legacy ecosystem, endless third-party integrations or a massive review base may need some reassurance during evaluation. Some advanced reporting and benchmark features could also become stronger over time as more campaign data is collected across customers. That said, the core concept is already very sharp and different from traditional phishing simulation tools.
