About
Babylon translation software helps you understand the world. You can instantly translate any word that appears on your screen, while also receiving dictionary and Wikipedia results, with only the click of a button. Our Premium version allows you to translate paragraphs, and entire documents, text to speech, making Babylon an indispensable tool for both school, and home. The Babylon desktop translator is available as a free download and provides translations in over 77 languages. The translator works both online and offline, delivering instant results without ever having to change applications. With just the simple click of a mouse, your requested translation will instantly appear. Babylon's unique desktop tool was developed using OCR (Optical Character Recognition), an innovative technology that enables the system to identify both the term you want to translate as well as the text surrounding it.

About
Jarq is a Mac utility that lets users translate, shorten, fix, rewrite, or dictate text directly where the cursor is, without switching tabs or copying and pasting between apps. Select text in almost any Mac app and contextual buttons appear beside it, allowing the selection to be replaced in place or copied for later use. Users can translate between 13 supported languages, with natural wording that preserves tone rather than relying on literal word-for-word translation. Custom actions can also be created from plain-language instructions such as “shorten this,” “fix the grammar,” or “make it formal,” turning frequently used requests into one-click buttons. Jarq also supports dictation: press a hotkey, speak, and polished text with punctuation and capitalization appears at the cursor in apps such as Slack, Mail, browsers, Figma, terminals, and IDEs. Spoken input can be translated into another language as it is typed.
