Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The notes and reports are so much easier to use than the others I tried. The app is just easier to use. I like that it has everything in one app too. Being able to work offline was a must for me. BIPTrack was very easy to learn and I was very impressed at how quickly we were able to make the switch. We all noticed the difference in efficiency immediately. It came with templates for IEPs that we modified and now use as our standard. The language translations have been a game changer! Being able to collect forms from parents and give reports in any language is something we'd never seen before but now cannot live without! Integrated assessments and you can make your own. The notes and reports work better than any other software I tried. Data tracking is super easy and very customizable. Also, it has language translations too. Love it. Easy to understand. Assessments are included as well as a tool to make them yourself. I love how my session notes are mostly-automated! BIPTrack has saved me a ton of time. The support staff was great and helped me move all of our data out of Central Reach and into BIPTrack (for free)! The ability to remotely monitor therapist's activity and train & evaluate new staff has been really helpful.; The interface is simple and easy to understand. the software is very customizable and has data collection features the others don't. Cons I really haven't any cons yet. It has really been a very positive experience so far. BIPTrack comes with a lot of features to support agencies and therapists that we didn't use (time management and scheduling/billing/claim stuff). So it was nice that we could choose which features we wanted to use and hide the others. I love love love this software. Even when I wanted a new type of goal progress report, they added it for me! I really do not have any cons. I just wish it was free :) It can create invoices and generate forms, but they do not submit to insurance companies automatically (you have to log in and upload them yourself). But it does integrate with some warehousing companies, learner management systems, and software like Kareo.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like to use reports that are amazing to reconcile the data. There are many pros to Raintree. Automation is one of the best parts about it as a front end user. It automatically sends Evals, Re-evals, and Discharges to the Referring Dr. Faxing is very easy within the system. Scheduling has many great features including the Block Scheduling feature, which allows you to schedule patients far in advance with just a few clicks. The components that are typically add-ons for competing products were all built intentionally by/for Raintree making their communication and integration a breeze and natural, not cumbersome or difficult. Comprehensive and flexible. The engineers work with us to make customizations to meet our needs perfectly. I have been with RT for 18 years now I first worked with a company that had the executive RT system and I loved it you could customize anything you could imagine! The new company I am with is not with the executive plan BUT you still can submit all your ideas on their idea page if they are not implemented yet and will be worked on to add to RT. Every week I attend the RT Live Webinar where they have training on existing and new additions to the RT system as well as the new implementations they added from the ideas page. I learn something new every day even while being with them for 18 years! Best system hands down! I also love the fact that RT has an F1 information page with training and videos. I really love that RT will do personal zoom training with us if we have extra questions or need help with a new setup within our system. Cons I don't like aging reports. when I pull out the report they also show the paid claims. One con to Raintree is, because there are so many cool features it can take some time to learn and remember how to use all of the features. There are really no cons that come to mind, the process for submitting suggestions or support that is available has handled any issues since we began implementing. It is an electronic health record so it is a lot (like all EHRs). When new ideas are suggested it is frustrating that it takes longer to implement into the system especially coming from the executive package where which was more advanced and ahead and already has customizations the normal packages don't and some RT staff have never heard of.
