Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Responsive and professional team, strong security culture, fast issue resolution, and reliable load balancing performance.
  • Ease of Use: The GUI is intuitive, even for complex configurations like SSL offloading and health checks. High Availability: Failover testing showed seamless transition between nodes with zero session drops. Security: TLS 1.3 support and WAF rules were easy to configure and highly effective. Support: The team resolved my setup query in under an hour—unmatched responsiveness!
  • Easy config via Webgui. SSL Integration via Letsencrypt. Monitoring integrated. Port Based Reverse. Statistics very user-friendly. Customized backend alive checks.
  • The support is always top notch. Anytime I have an issue I can open a ticket and I quickly get a response. They are always happy to help or even connect in to help troubleshoot an issue.

Cons

  • Nothing much, had good experience collaborating with them till date
  • Minor learning curve for advanced features like rate limiting, but documentation helped.
  • Missing ipv6 support is the only con that i see here. Hopefully its coming very fast to be up to date with modern infrastructures.
  • No things to highlight, I'm overall satisfied with the solution and service
