Pros from Real Users Pros Clean admin dashboard and simple user experience and Easy onboarding/offboarding workflows for employees User-friendly, secure, scalable, customizable, with extensive integrations and advanced features. It has very good security, not just MFA but also anomaly detection and encryption. Additionally, its integration with providers like Google or Microsoft makes it highly scalable and easy to use in my company. Everything comes ready to be implemented, and we haven’t had any issues for that reason. Moreover, its documentation is excellent, and since it’s such a widely used product, it has a very large community. What i like best about Auth0 is how it safeguards users identities thus preventing phishing attacks. With Auth0, it's very easy and simple to manage access and identities to our applications and it also supports tons of great features that make access and identity management easier. It offers granular access control to our organization applications. It offers third-party apps integration capability. It is simple to manage and protect users passwords with this tool. It enables Single Sign-on to our multiple applications.Ease to provision and deprovision user accounts. Auth0 can authenticate users without the need of using passwords. This tool safeguards user's identities and credentials hence preventing fraudulent and phishing attacks.It offers secure access and control across our applications.It is possible to authenticate users through Multi-factor authentication method. - Easy to implement - Versatile (password, magic link, SSO, OTP and so on) - Corporate authentication out of the box - Branded login page, with best-in-class design and best practices included - Tons of other features From setting up your project to every day usage Auth0 is the easiest way to add great authentication to your project including impersonation, logs and for the user you have a full solution for every workflow. Auth0 provides a comprehensive solutions for authorization and authentication, resolving a critical issue in the development process. It's SSO capability enables users to register for multiple apps with just a Single Sing On. What I like most is that the platform is fast to run add its easy to assign access permissions for multiple users and everything is in the cloud and doesn't require having to install machines and its easy to deploy the software.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. It can be used in multiple devices simultaneously. 2. It keeps the password and usernames organized at one secure place. 3. Furthermore, it also helps in generating new passwords that are hard to break. 4. One account can be shared with other people LastPass is a user friendly platform. It is easy to use and a great way to only protect all of your passwords, but helps you so the need to memorize all passwords is needed. Years ago I would do use the same password, because I couldn't remember 20+ passwords. Now with LastPass I now not only have a different password for each platform, but also very difficult password. - LastPass can be used easily with a Chrome add-on or by a mobile application. - It helps in keeping all the passwords safe and secure at one place. - It also helps in generating random password for websites. - Multiple profiles can be added with different passwords, and it handles all without any hassle. - It helps in managing all the passwords at one place and even notifies for the compromised passwords. Keeps all my passwords safe and I do not have to remember which one goes with which account. LastPass has an offer for personal use as well that I have on my phone to protect my passwords there as well. Great app. This is probably one of my favorite apps/programs. I use this all the time to keep my passwords safe. It's really easy to use across multiple platforms. You only need to remember one strong password and everything else is stored and auto-fills when you need it. It also has secure folders where you can store other documents. Cons 1. It does not work well with all the browsers like, for example, Safari. 2. The mobile application can be made more smooth. It does log you out quite often and will only remember your computer for 30 days. I know this is most likely for protection, but it is annoying having to sign in more often than not. - The autofill features does not work correctly on all the websites. Other than this, it works amazingly in organizing the passwords. It is a little difficult to reset a password, but with the great customer service team it takes less than 24 hours. Sometimes the app can take a second to recognize which app needs which password.
