No issue of cloud storage. Highly efficient services. strongly Recommended. Very user friendly & cheap as well. I recently had the opportunity to use the services of Atlantic.Net, Inc and I must say I was extremely impressed with their level of customer service and overall experience. From the moment I signed up for their services, the process was smooth and easy. The customer support team was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my queries. Good customer support. Free VPS trial for 1 year with 2GB of RAM. Affordable VPS pricing. High uptime and fast loading speeds. I remember when I had to upgrade the server from 2gb ram to 4 gb, and I did it very easily with losing my data. Cons I love them, and the guys who put my website there. Little bit longer to register. Payment plan need to be more flexible. May be more expensive compared to other software development companies. Limited regions available for hosting. Limited options for RAM and storage on VPS plans. I always concern about the uptime, even 99% uptime is issue because what if customer visit my website in other 1% of time, I will lose business. We run multiple business applications on the same server, and everything has been stable with smooth integrations. Their support team is responsive and also helps with application-related issues, even joining calls with third-party software providers when needed. This has made managing our systems much easier. Migration went more smoothly than we expected, and our team was able to get back to work with very little disruption. We've been using it for several months now, and remote access has stayed reliable even when multiple staff members are working at the same time. We had a few setup questions early on, and support responded quickly with helpful answers. Moving UltraTax CS to OneUp Networks made our day-to-day workflow much easier. The migration was well organized, and our team was able to continue working with very little disruption. The hosted environment has been stable, remote access has worked well for our staff, and performance has remained consistent during our busiest filing periods. Whenever we've had questions, the support team has been responsive and easy to work with. OneUp Networks helped us to setup 60 users on a single private dedicated unified server so now all the users can access QuickBooks Enterprise and UltraTax CS together without changing the logins. All the users can reach out to the knowledgeable human support who are very polite and answer queries within a minute. Pricing is also not shocking, as we are on almost similar price from last 2 years. OneUp Networks has provided a reliable and secure hosting environment for our UltraTax CS software. The performance is consistently fast, uptime has been excellent, and accessing the application remotely is smooth and dependable. Their support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always helpful whenever we have questions or need assistance. Cons Nothing so far, everything works better, even more than expectations. We had to update a few user preferences after the migration, which took a little extra time. It wasn't a major issue, and support walked us through everything without much hassle. The initial migration required some planning and coordination with our team, and there was a brief adjustment period while everyone became familiar with the new remote access process. After that, everything settled into a routine. Can't think of anything right now. They make our life easier, what else would I complain. My overall experience has been very positive. I have not encountered any significant issues, and any minor questions or requests have been handled promptly by the support team, leaving little room for improvement based on my experience.
