From the moment I signed up for their services, the process was smooth and easy. The customer support team was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my queries. Good customer support. Free VPS trial for 1 year with 2GB of RAM. Affordable VPS pricing. High uptime and fast loading speeds. I remember when I had to upgrade the server from 2gb ram to 4 gb, and I did it very easily with losing my data. Cons I love them, and the guys who put my website there. Little bit longer to register. Payment plan need to be more flexible. May be more expensive compared to other software development companies. Limited regions available for hosting. Limited options for RAM and storage on VPS plans. I always concern about the uptime, even 99% uptime is issue because what if customer visit my website in other 1% of time, I will lose business. The use of Supermicro server hardware and Intel Xeon processors is closer to what I expect from a dedicated infrastructure environment. So far, it has handled what I need, and I like knowing there are other configurations available if I need to change things later. The server speed exceeded my expectations. I also like not having to use the same geographic location for every project. The whole process was straightforward, which was especially useful because I wanted to get the server running and move on to my project without unnecessary delays. Cons The dashboard was organized and easy to navigate. Recommended. Good job. Their automatic backups saved me from a total disaster — lifesaver!
