Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros You don't have to log in again and again for settings and even payments. they do that automatically, and wont overcharge you. Such a resourceful service. No issue of cloud storage. Highly efficient services. strongly Recommended. Very user friendly & cheap as well. I recently had the opportunity to use the services of Atlantic.Net, Inc and I must say I was extremely impressed with their level of customer service and overall experience. From the moment I signed up for their services, the process was smooth and easy. The customer support team was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my queries. Good customer support. Free VPS trial for 1 year with 2GB of RAM. Affordable VPS pricing. High uptime and fast loading speeds. I remember when I had to upgrade the server from 2gb ram to 4 gb, and I did it very easily with losing my data. Cons I love them, and the guys who put my website there. Little bit longer to register. Payment plan need to be more flexible. May be more expensive compared to other software development companies. Limited regions available for hosting. Limited options for RAM and storage on VPS plans. I always concern about the uptime, even 99% uptime is issue because what if customer visit my website in other 1% of time, I will lose business.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The one and only pro of Contabo is the pricing, and i lost money with them, so i don't see any pro right now. Cons I have been swindled out of almost 1000€. I always read the terms and conditions before buying and I never buy from a company that does not allow refunds. Well, after reading them and buying, now that I ask for a refund because I do not need the product, just 24 hours before I buy, they tell me that these conditions do not apply to companies and that they are going to cheat me almost 1000€ that I will not be able to recover. Their conditions are not clear. UPDATE: I don't like to damage companies with reviews and I proposed them to remove mine, with the simple condition that they would refund an order, a refund that was requested in less than 12 hours after the order was placed, a digital order that does not damage the company at all. What these people call a friendly solution, is that, even when I showed them the part of their web page where it talks about the refund conditions, and where at no time they say that they do not refund companies, they have unilaterally decided to refund me 25% while writing to me with a condescending tone that they are doing me a favor. Conclusion: they have swindled me out of about 200 euros as a welcome, and they still have the nerve to tell me that they "expect me to come back as a customer". If you are reading this review, run away from these scammers.
