	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This is a fantastic mechanism to provide continuous learning to all employees, this platform has unparalleled features and tools to measure employee behavior during learning of each learning material, Open LMS It is quite a complete software, it provides monitoring in real time of each one of the employees, as well as it allows to share and manage the learning material that it provides to your employees. One of the things I liked the most was: 1.- The great availability of languages with respect to the learning material that you find within this platform, when you access the list of learning material to access various courses, information books, are available in the vast majority of languages, which It helps you to have a corresponding learning depending on the language you use within your company, it does not matter if the language is Spanish or English, Italian, in the same way the learning material can be changed in a matter of minutes. 2.- Another thing that I like is that this platform provides real-time monitoring of the learning that my employees are having. As a manager of the project sector, it is very important for me that I did not wear a size 2 and that they have very good cognitive abilities. developed, and this platform allows me to measure in real time the progress that the three employees are having during the learning of a material that I had previously provided. The progress is seen in real time and that helps me to know exactly if the employee is having the correct learning. 3.- I also love that the prices that this platform has for a subscription are quite low, which helps the vast majority of our employees within the company to access it and obtain the corresponding learning material. It is also important to mention that I loved the Twitter word that I enjoyed about this platform, I lasted about a week using a free trial period until I decided to buy a plan within the platform, I do not regret it at all since I have obtained noticeable results. The free trial was completely beneficial, it gave me the necessary tools to adapt to the platform. 4.- Another thing that I like is that this platform provides free learning material, there is a lot of interesting learning material, you can learn or take a course about marketing, sales and many other things, it has a lot of learning material learning within its library that is quite valuable, you will have a lot of variety when choosing what you want to learn. Cons The only negative thing that was not close to this platform is regarding its mobile application, I have downloaded this application on my iOS device, I really do not regret downloading it since I can have a corresponding monitoring of the learning of all the employees, however, I consider this application to have an interface that leaves much to be desired, the general interface of the application is quite simple, with a white background and blue bars, I would like the interface to be totally modifiable by users, so that users feel much more comfortable and can customize the interface as they see fit. In my opinion, this interface should be much more optimal, allowing users to have greater comfort when using it, as is the case with the PC version. Regarding the functionality of this platform, I admit that I have never presented any type of failure, the monitoring of the learning material and the courses that our employees are taking has always been positive, I have never presented any type of error.
