About
ArkLegal AI is a cloud-based U.S. legal research, document analysis and drafting platform for attorneys, law firms, legal teams, businesses and self-represented users. It supports jurisdiction-aware research across all 50 states and federal courts, citation checks and source links, document review, legal drafting and matter workspaces. Microsoft Word, OneDrive and Clio integrations are included in the Ark plan. Users can research questions, analyze uploaded documents and develop drafts in a browser. Free research and document tools are available alongside paid subscriptions. Founded on December 6, 2025 by practicing attorney Philippe Revah, ArkLegal AI is operated by ARK LEGAL AI LLC in Hallandale Beach, Florida. ArkLegal AI is software, not a law firm. Users should independently review sources, current treatment, citations and drafts before relying on results.

About
Junior JR3 is an AI-centric legal document platform built for drafting, reviewing, researching, and completing legal work directly inside Microsoft Word and Google Docs. Its document library provides purpose-built workflows, playbooks, skills, sequences, and rules for legal document types across multiple practice areas, allowing firms to apply their own standards, prior work, and drafting style. AI repositories, prompt libraries, agents, writing styles, and training datasets sit above the underlying models, so teams can use OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or privately deployed models and switch between them without rebuilding workflows. For patent and trademark work, JR3 connects directly to live USPTO, WIPO, EPO, federal case law, and state case law data. Its tools support Office Action responses, examiner-focused drafting, patent searching, claim charting, appeal briefs, opinion letters, legal memoranda, assignments, NDAs, and other documents.

CategoriesArkLegal AI combines multiple language models with citation-focused retrieval for U.S. legal work: research answers, case agents, matter workspaces with document uploads, drafting with DOCX export, and integrations with Clio, Microsoft Word and OneDrive. The running cost of every chat and matter is shown as you go. ArkLegal AI searches case law, statutes and regulations across all 50 states and federal courts, returning answers with source links and supporting passages. Its citation verification checks that each cited authority exists, is accurately cited and has not been flagged as overruled or superseded, with the citing court's passage shown behind each treatment flag. |
