About
ArkLegal AI is a cloud-based U.S. legal research, document analysis and drafting platform for attorneys, law firms, legal teams, businesses and self-represented users. It supports jurisdiction-aware research across state and federal legal sources, citation checks and source links, document review, legal drafting and matter workspaces. Eligible plans include Microsoft Word, OneDrive and Clio integrations; availability varies by plan. Users can research questions, analyze uploaded documents and develop drafts in a browser. Free research and document tools are available alongside paid subscriptions and per-case options. Founded in 2015 by practicing attorney Philippe Revah, ArkLegal AI is operated by ARK LEGAL AI LLC in Hallandale Beach, Florida. ArkLegal AI is software, not a law firm. Users should independently review sources, current treatment, citations and drafts before relying on results.

Free Law Project seeks to provide free access to primary legal materials, develop legal research tools, and support academic research on legal corpora.
