Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1) Easy setup and configuration. 2) Intuitive Report. 3) Integration with Jira. 4) Detailed logs which contains all the information required by developer to debug the issue. 5) Captures runtime data while doing exploratory tests which reduces the effort to run performance analysis tests separately. 6) App crash detection. Cons 1) Automated test support and Bot test (I guess those are in pipeline). 2) Minor issues when having longer sessions (Acceptable). 3) Minor improvements needed for iOS performance tests data collection. HeadSpin allows us to run tests on the real devices. One of the biggest challenges with creating new software products is bridging the gap between teams, products, and users. HeadSpin provided our engineers with a state-of-the-art device infrastructure that allowed us to focus on developing our product in a remote location without having to worry about maintaining hardware. The results speak for themselves: we were able to test our SDKs in key global locations, gain critical visibility into network communications across the wire, and rapidly iterate based on data gathered from testing. Headspin has been an essential part of our testing process from the beginning. We've used it to test everything from mobile sites to native applications and we've found it to be invaluable for both developers and testers. We can run tests on any device from any location in the world, and the bug reporting feature makes it easy to track down and fix errors. Using Headspin has been a great way to reduce the amount of time it takes to test across various browsers and platforms. I can run tests on 5-10 browsers simultaneously, which saves me a lot of time because I don't have to toggle windows between each browser. Our HeadSpin system can identify issues across multiple databases in a matter of minutes. It's a user friendly interface that allows us to identify issues in our database quickly, and the automation also makes it easy to test our fixes across multiple scenarios. Cons I have been using HeadSpin for years now and they are doing a great job. The customer service is excellent, I think it's very good to work with them. I don't think there's any room for improvement in their service. We are rather fairly satisfied with the platform. The design is nice and intuitive, it's easy to use and the price point is great. We have used other tools in the past, but this is far and away the best we've used. I think HeadSpin is a very solid product. I haven't encountered any problems with it in my testing and everything worked smoothly. I had a few difficulties getting started with the platform, but after a few hours of trial and error, I was able to figure things out.
