Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Terrible- There is literally nothing good. If I could give negative 1000 stars I would, that's how bad they are. If you like BEGGING for support, this is your company. Never dealt with a worse company. They sell you on no upfront costs and low monthly fees but I'm telling you JUST PAY another company. We have locations that paid months ago and are still not active, yet Appfront gets their money and we get NOTHING! Nothing. There's nothing good about them. They suck you in and ghost you. Don't do it. Nothing. Cons Literally sitting on a phone call now, waiting for them for them to join. They never answer calls or emails. We feel absolutely ROBBED and GHOSTED by this company. They suck, don't accomplish anything, waste your time and MONEY. Don't do it	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The support I had as well as their willingness to find solutions to the challenges specific to my situation. I like most that the system works well regardless of the volumes. The dispatcher portal is very fast and automation is good, the new version of the courier app received very good feedback from our guys. The software was really quick to implement, and most importantly I quickly got familiar with the interface, and all of the features. The easy use of the app The system is intuitive Reliable Works fast Can see everything I need I would like to emphasize that the system is intuitive, reliable, and is easy to handle. Provides a lot of information in real-time - for example, I know exactly where the drivers are and this makes it easy to manage larger orders. In addition, if something goes wrong, there are sound alerts, which I find very useful! Cons If I really have to say something it would be that some of the features took quite a bit of work around to suit my specific situation and needs but that is understandable as I my situation was quite unique. In the beginning, we had some challenges with the courier app, but they were resolved in the new version. At times there are minor bugs but they get resolved quickly. There can be some occasional glitches, but otherwise nothing much. I like everything about the app so far, I find it really helpful. Apart from minor glitches that were present in the beginning, there is nothing to complain about! I am very satisfied.
