Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This app has absolutely no pros. Cons After several hours of trying to get service, I have given up. Every one of their phone lines end at a voicemail - there is no way to get anyone on the line to actually help. They direct you to speak to your property manager for any and all problems, yet property managers do not have access to tenant payments. They tell you to dispute charges with your credit card company, yet they do not have the rights to dispute the charge without hearing from the company itself.
