About
Andon Tool is a browser-based digital Andon and shop-floor workflow application for manufacturing teams. Floor employees submit production-support requests from browser-enabled devices; requests appear on live department boards, are claimed by responders, and retain status, response, and completion history. Supervisors can review request activity and reports across plants, departments, and work areas. The platform also provides production schedule boards with employee rotations and job templates, daily KPI boards for green/yellow/red tracking, TV dashboards, and downtime logs with waste categories and Pareto views. Optional paid Skill Matrix tools track certifications and work instructions, while C.I.B. supports continuous-improvement methods including 5 Whys, fishbone, PDCA, and A3. It is designed for manufacturers and production-floor operators, responders, supervisors, plant managers, and improvement teams.

About
Processes of logistics and planning are the bloodstream of the factory and thanks to them it is possible to manufacture high-quality products. User-friendly and easy-to-use planning tools, as well as reports and analyses available in real-time, are something that enables efficient work of the department. Undoubtedly, materials and semi-finisheds delivery delays to production cells are the main problem occurring between logistics and production. They are also one of the main reasons for the low production to plan ratio. The second major problem is miscommunication between the consumers (production department) and the suppliers (in-house logistics department). In a constantly changing plant environment, the lack of quick access to complex analyzes is a real problem. Lack of information causes a lack of action, and this further results in remaining unconscious in a pathological situation.
