Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Quality of goods and products are top notch... There is rarely any product which lacks in quality. 1. The user interface shows all the important features and description about the products listed. 2. The application feels smooth to use on all the platforms. 3. Amazon Pay can be directly used for making every purchase on the platform. 4. It has millions of products across thousand of categories on the platform. The two day shipping is one of the best features of Amazon. There are some items that you can order and sent to you even within 24 hours. But, I personally think the best part of Amazon is their customer service. Whenever I have a question or concern with my orders and/or products Amazon's customer service is able to help immediately. They treat me well and gets things fixed quickly. In terms of my graduate studies and freeware project, my main usage of Amazon in this regard is for procurement. Both of the aforementioned activities require research and Amazon has an excellent selection of books. In terms of software purchasing, I find it a bit lacking in comparison as most software we need is not available on Amazon. Other Amazon services, such as pictures, music and streaming are all very solid and easily some of the better-quality streaming platforms. - It provides same-day delivery, which comes very handy when you want the products urgently. - The user interface of the application is easy to use and displays all the features in an accessible way. - It has a wide range of catalogs and categories for millions of products. - The prices of the products are quite competitive with additional discounts. Cons Price of products compared to other online shopping apps are high. The application sometimes throws error while cancelling a particular item from an ordered list of products. Just like everything the prime yearly costs are going up. I still think it is worth it for the frees shipping, but I wonder if it will get to a point that it is too much. I find the fees for Amazon Prime to be worth their cost so my main issue with Amazon is with its technical support. When I had some technical issues in the past it took a bit longer than I would have appreciated for them to understand my issue and fix it accordingly. - The prices of the products tends to fluctuate a lot from seller to seller and makes the selection of products to buy a bit harder.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. It can be directly used to buy any product from Amazon. 2. It can be integrated with UPI to make transaction directly from bank accounts. 3. Furthermore, it is accepted on all major websites and by vendors. 4. The user interface is well-ordered and organized. 5. It also allows to book tickets, pay bills and to do various recharges directly from the application. 1. Amazon Pay is a unified payment wallet for paying bills, sending money, shopping and many more. 2. The interface is simple and easy to operate for people even with no technical knowledge. 3. There are multiple rewards, cash backs and, coupons with every successful payment. 4. Amazon Pay can be used as a seamless payment wallet on Amazon and various other shopping websites. 5. There is no convenience fee or service charged on payments, unlike other payment platforms. 1. Amazon provides a unified platform to pay bills, make payment buy items from Amazon. 2. The payment process is seamless and fast. 3. There are cashback on every successful transactions. 4. The customer support is helpful and quick to resolve problems. Fast and reliable payment service is provided by Amazon. It provide us a wallet as well as UPI service which is very common in India. Once KYC is done we can have up to 1 Lakh as Wallet money. It has helped us a lot in the pandemic period as most of the payments gone online and we were totally dependent on online payment methods such as UPI. I am an Amazon power-user and use it to buy pretty much everything from groceries to electronics to furniture. Cons 1. The Amazon pay balance is not transferrable to bank accounts or cannot be converted to UPI balance. 2. There are frequent transaction delays. 1. There are occasional delays in the settlements of the payments. 2. Once money added in the wallet cannot be transferred back into the bank account or be used to buy Amazon gifts cards. 1. The navigation is not easy on the user interface. 2. There is no way to transfer the cashback into the bank account. As I have been using Amazon pay for years now. Seeing offers and cashback, I receive using it; I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Amazon Pay. I will always trust and keep using Amazon Pay as one of the regular users. Nothing much to say here. The app sometimes fails to credit amounts on time but usually turns around in a day or two.
