Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Extremely easy to use. I have no training in programming however I have worked as a project manager for software development in the past. This honestly makes me feel like a one-man software development team. I'm using one of their templates to make a survey app that we will hopefully use to survey our clients. Especially easy to sign up and play around, got started in less than 2 minutes and have been playing around at no cost proving the minimum viable product before we move forward. Easy to use, easy for a non-coder to build an app to handle business processes and team tasks. From sign up to web app building was extremely quick. Cons No cons yet, this is pretty robust software. Hopefully, they come up with a few more templates as I always love the premade stuff to work off of. Their current templates are: Simple to-do, customer tracker, simple survey, inventory management, content tracker, timeoff reporting, event management, team task tracker, weekly demo schedule, field service agent, and PO approvals. This is a nice start but in a perfect world, there would be even more options to play with. Not many cons that I've found yet. I think the platform is mainly focused on building project/task management apps for teams, rather than general purpose apps.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is a no-code platform so it's easy to create what you need without needing to read or write code. It's affordable and there is plenty of support. I like that you can really customise the way it looks and feels to give users an easy interface. Importing data is really easy. I like the workflows that can be built in, especially the emails and notifications. Easy to add customers/users. Easy to learn. Alerts and notifications. Best for mid or small businesses to make digital their solutions. Low coding and with no complexity platform to build a web application. AI-based building structure. To build a smarter and advanced platform. #1- This platform gives Custom application solutions for any business. #2- It enables every enterprise to have an application. #3- Tutorial is enough to understand, no technical process. Zoho Creator needs very low or no coding. It can develop applications on a multi operating system. Zoho Creator platform offers a drag and drop option. It allows for many customization developments. Cons There is no support for Java so if you want to run Java you are out of luck. Sometimes the workflows and script can be a bit tricky to work out. Would like to be able to upload multiple files or attachments to a record. Maybe some wizards would be good to help with setup. Can be a little confusing and overwhelming - take the time to learn it. I used this tool for 5-6 months, till now no big cons experienced. #1- We had an overall positive experience with it. For beginners, there are not much tutorials available about the Zoho Creator.
