OHIPay is cloud-based OHIP medical billing software for Ontario physicians and billing staff. Prepare claims with fee codes, supported premium calculations and advisory rejection checks. Validate Ontario health cards, manage inpatient rounding rosters, submit batches through MC EDT and match Ministry remittance reports to submitted services. Review payments and rejections, then correct rejected claims through a new draft while retaining the original record. The mobile companion supports card scanning, claim creation, rounding lists and status review; batch submission and rejection correction use the web workspace. The website offers free billing, diagnostic and rejection-code references, including individual billing and diagnostic code pages, without an account. Billing-app access follows a reviewed request and email invitation. Practices manage their own claims; warnings support review and do not guarantee acceptance or payment.
