Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Unfortunately, there is not much I like about Alto. Their branding is good, their sales team always had a smile but quite simply, they were awful from start to finish. Cons I didn't like the continuous lies, I didn't like being mis sold, I didn't like the long support times, I didn't like the months to try to resolve a complaint, I didn't like the false promises.
