Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's visually impressive, you can self host. Modern clean interface that is how I imagine software should be like. Cons Constantly failing updates, Failed backups, Great customer service with no resolution of any problem, Tickets being closed without a resolution. Crippled without the double entry app requiring a subscription. Self hosting means you go it alone and sit for month and months with no solution to a problem that an update created.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros FreeAgent is easy to use, especially for small business owners. It simplifies invoicing, bank reconciliation, and tax management. The dashboard gives a clear overview of finances, which makes tracking everything much easier. Cons Reports could be a bit more customisable, and occasionally bank feeds need to be refreshed manually.
