Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Bought Aid4Mail for a quick small project and started using, had some slight oversight on my calculation on periods, Josh (from Aid4Mail) was so understanding, patient and helped me with my predicament. Thank you Aid4Mail, you are really a genuine. - very easy to use product - does perfect conversions/email migrations - support is excellent; if you had had a 10 as best, that's what they deserve Clean intuitive interface. Supports popular import and export formats. Versatile functions. Fast and reliable operation. Nice logging. Good support for case and evidence organization. The program has a number options that allow you to customize your conversions from and to a variety of formats. The interface, progress logs, and error logs provide you with enough details to troubleshoot if any errors occur. The customer service for the product is the reason why I would recommend it though. Emails were quickly responded to and Josh ensured you had found a solution for your issue. Rapid processing and conversion of emails to a variety of formats. Always a dependable tool with useful updates. Aid4Mail empowers us to convert millions of messages per year into our email platform, with great speed and reliability. Support is amazing with requests and facilitates quick answers and turnaround. Cons Works smoothly and quick, especially for the larger file types. Data integrity is always in check. I wish they had the product working on an Apple computer No support for chat data formatting. Would like to see the ability to convert slack or teams PST exports to RSMF. I do not have a technical background and there was a bit of learning curve using the application. With the application being customizable, there were quite a few settings to learn what their impact on the conversions were and it wasn't always clear to me. Reporting is good, but could be improved and exportable. Error handling is good, but could be improved.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The dashboard is user friendly and straight to the point. My initial setup took less than 5 minutes; since then I've only had to go back in a couple times to add new Trusted Contacts. Easy interface, simple to setup, simple to maintain, clean Inbox!!!! I can't believe how much i've been missing. Great dashboard that lets me filter and customize to only the types of emails I want to see. I only receive emails that are relevant and no longer need to weed through all of the junk mail! Saves time and helps organize my daily onslaught of mail. Love it so much, helps me keep my mind on what matters. Loved how clear my inbox felt. I used to dread waking up to many unread emails, not anymore. I was able to really focus on the emails that mattered and check my separate InMoat inbox when I wanted to look at more promotional emails. Cons At first, I forgot to go back into my InMoat Dashboard to add new Trusted Contacts and therefore missed a couple of emails. Now I just keep InMoat open in the tab next to my Gmail, so I can quickly hop in whenever I want to proactively add a new contact. Not as powerful as other services, but much simpler. Nothing really- very user friendly setup and easy to get moving on achieving inbox 0. Would like to have more control over what I can define as useful or not useful blocking Nothing, honestly love InMoat! I had a really great experience and it made my life a lot easier.
