Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Through the analysis of the market and the customer information is derived that is used to map out relevant strategic imperatives and build a feasible business model. Aha! has enabled me and other clients to focus on product management and roadmapping that improves productivity in our organization. When I was working at a major Fortune 500 company with cloud offerings as a software engineer, I was assigned to help improve the productivity of one of our product manager teams. One thing they were doing was using Aha! to share our product roadmaps and timelines with potential clients, but since we had so many different types of products under different branding strategies, this meant each client needed multiple Aha! accounts. Fortunately, Aha! had an API which allowed me to automate this account creation process. And the Aha! staff was extremely helpful throughout, assisting me via email to clarify any questions I had. Cons It is fully web-based and can be downloaded for desktop use but not for mobile use. It's been a while now ever since I started using Aha!, and I have never experienced challenges. I can't really speak to how Aha! can be improved for its non-developer users, like the ones who actually make or use the roadmaps since that wasn't my role. But the API did have some rate limiting, or displayed a limited amount of info per page, and you had to request the next page with a different API call if I remember correctly. This is probably standard practice though.		Pros from Real Users Pros Robust features for task management: Assignments, task tracking & Gantt charts. Real time workloads help optimize resource allocation. Its project templates ability is very time-saving, you can deploy pre-designed templates for any type of project. Project reporting on this platform is great. The user interface is super simple and smooth. Time and issue tracking perform very well. Project Insight has the budgeting part, which is vital for planning purposes. Also, Project Insight oversees the expenses that companies incur, to ensure only the accurate costs get used. Lastly, Project Insight has a workflow management strategy, suitable for time planning. Project Insight provides a reliable place to manage projects and track every activity. The Gantt charts are customizable and easy to view products. The interface is clean and intuitive. Helps in project planning. Project Insight has improved project, tasks and products visibility via GANTT and charts capabilities available on it. For easy and remote project management no other is versatile than Project Insights. It gives us great power to easily manage work and projects. It offers a robust dashboard, great task visualization, reports, multi-screen manager, Gantt charts, and workflow management. My favorite thing about Project Insight is its usability and frictionless project and task management. It helps to enhance productivity on every task and project and also gives the best visibility on its development. Project Insight is resourceful. The workplace customization works very well, it helps to collaborate and centralize all of the project management processes. The user interface is easy to navigate. Its mobile app is very handy to communicate with the team. It helps to plan and provides robust reports.
