About AgeShield ID Scanner is an ID scanner app for bars, nightclubs, restaurants and retailers in the US. It runs on the iPhones, iPads and Android phones and tablets staff already carry, so there is no hardware to buy. Staff scan a license, state ID, green card or passport and see the guest's age against the venue's minimum, the expiry and any match on the venue's Banned, VIP and Regulars lists. Licenses and state IDs get a fake ID check on the barcode. Scanning keeps working offline. Every scan lands in the AgeShield web hub: an exportable audit log of every scan and decision with who made it and when, analytics on busiest hours and guest ages, staff roles and multi-venue management. Venues choose field by field which guest details are kept and for how long. Pricing $41.58/month/venue Core is $499 per venue per year ($41.58/month equivalent billed annually) or $49 per venue/month. Pro is $699 per venue/year ($58.25/month equivalent billed annually) or $69 per venue/month. Each plan includes three concurrent scanning devices. Extra slots are $13.86/month equivalent on annual Core billing ($16.33 monthly) and $19.42/month equivalent on annual Pro billing ($23 monthly). The first venue gets a 14-day Pro-feature trial; a card is required, and after the trial it defaults to Core monthly at $49 unless another plan is chosen or the trial is canceled. 		Pros from Real Users Pros They always explain in full things that I need to know about the system. They always make me feel welcome when I make the call. They are always kind when speaking to me. I called multiple times as I needed some assistance with some setting our Silverware system, the waiting time on a line was not long, they fixed my issues promptly without any problems. I really like all the different reports that are available under the Silverware platform. They allow you to really dig into the numbers to see which areas of the business are thriving and which areas need improvement. This is especially useful in the accounting department when doing our Daily Business Reports. All interconnected and support is easy to get ahold of, realativly easy software to learn, and easy enough to train new hirers on. The system is user friendly, and the installer Michael was very helpful and provided the training for all restaurant staff. Ease of use, simple set up and removal of buttons. Easy to go from one page to another. simple layout All the different reports that are available are extremely helpful for a variety of reasons. The Silverware reporting allows me to complete our daily revenue reports for our leadership which is extremely valuable to be able to compare to previous years/days/months and also see where we are based on our budget. User-friendly interface and intuitive navigation Efficient table management and POS system Reliable reporting and analytics tools Responsive customer support Most customer support people seem more knowledgeable in the last 6 months compared to several years ago.
