Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We worked with an agency that ran our ads on Facebook for our store until one day I saw the RetargetApp ad. They got my attention with their tagline “Better than an agency” so I decided to give it a try. I believe it was the right business decision. Now our campaigns have 500% ROI or more even though it takes only a couple of minutes a day to set them up.. We still work with the marketing agency, but spend much less on their services. Also recently we started working with an Account manager, so I’m excited to see even more sales through RetargetApp. I like how easy it is to use this app. I don’t have too much time to invest in setting up the ads and with RetargetApp I don’t need to. It takes me only several minutes to start a campaign. I just need to specify the budget and the objectives, and then I can go about my business. Sometimes I ran into some minor issues, but Masha from the Support team helped me take care of them really fast. Cons There were some minor hiccups during the onboarding related to Facebook Business Manager, but Mary from Customer Support helped handle them in no time. Now everything works smoothly. The updates related to the new iOS are annoying, but I understand it’s not RetargetApp’s fault.
