Pros from Real Users Pros The product is very flexible. Allows for many types of transactions including subscriptions, conferences, products, lists, auto delivery, etc. Can support many payment types include international payments like Direct Debit and Sepa. Can support many publishing business processes including tax integrations, warehouse integrations, API integrations, payment processing integrations, etc. High level of flexibility and customization. Advanced functionality with a lot of different features for print, digital, bundled and book club subscriptions. Also handles memberships. Multi country, multi currency system. Good inventory management features. Advanced accounting features. Advantage CS is a very useful application that comes with great customer service and customer orientation. The team behind Advantage CS is consistently prompt and professional, handling any queries with patience and expertise. They constantly work on improving the application and are open for customer feedback. The strong emphasis on customer satisfaction sets Advantage CS apart. The robustness of the software is amazing! Anything that the business wants to accomplish is always doable with the flexibility and ease of use. The level of professionalism and knowledge they possess makes asking a question quick and painless. The software is built for flexibility so as your business changes, you continually have options. The company also works closely with the clients to add new functionality as needed and encourages the users to work together in their development requests.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We love OneBill for its scalability and features. OneBill is a sophisticated enough for our billing, invoicing, and taxation needs. We are using OneBill from last 2 years and its been a very smooth ride because of the great support. Our organization has been growing and we keep adding extra requirements and OneBill is keep delivering the features we need. It's a great feeling when we see how OneBill innovated with their product and delivered the unique features we required. We were happy with our old billing system until we started working with multiple agents and partners. Then we started looking for a partner management system where we can manage multiple partners and pay commissions online. Fortunately, we were contacted by one of the OneBill's rep and had a product demo. We immediately loved OneBill's N-tier partner management and real-time commissioning but we were a little skeptical to move our entire billing operations to OneBill. Finally, we took a decision to move our entire billing operations to OneBill where we can handle everything under one system. It's been 4 years and we never regretted our decision. One of the best products I have ever used and the awesome support team who is always there for us. VoIP billing is very different from normal billing with all its complexities and it's hard to find the better billing solution. We came across OneBill when we saw most of competitors are already on it. We immediately had a demo session with OneBill team and moved our billing to them. We impressed by their exceptional usage rating system and CDR processing. Our on-boarding went smooth and all data migrated successfully. We are happy that OneBill is handling all our billing, invoicing, rating, CDR processing, taxation, and partner management operations. We are using OneBill for more than 2 years now. Their CPQ module is neat and configuring the taxation is seamless. We are fond of OneBill because we can scale our billing operations at anytime. Though we are currently using OneBill for our subscription management, billing, and taxation, however we can add extra capabilities and features at any time. Their customer support is quick and responsive for our tickets. Also, they clearly understanding our problems and fixing them immediately. We are using OneBill for creating products and selling them with different seasonal pricing. OneBill helped us to save a lot of time by bringing all the feature we want to sell our products to different regions with different pricing options. It saved us a lot of time by streamlining our billing. Cons Our company has been growing with OneBill from last two years. For that, we are very attached to them. But I would suggest that OneBill can become the industry leader if it could be a little easier to implement. Setting up complex commissioning incentives for sales agents takes a bit of time. Never faced any major issues with OneBill though, however we always need to request OneBill team for custom reports. It would be more helpful if they can give users to download any custom reports we want. OneBill is already packed with a lot of features and they keep adding more and more. I understand that all these features are helpful to solve more complex problems for the industries like UCaaS, IoT, etc. But for a simple online magazine, all these features make the implementation a little complicated. We have not faced any problems yet. OneBill seems to have a lot of features for the complex business operations. But we only use a couple of features and we have no problems with them so far.
