Allows me to safely sign the documents I need to digitally for work or personal. It's helpful to have such easy access! Adobe Sign is an e-Signing tool offered by Adobe. Adobe sign offers complete framework of solution to replace the physical signature with easy to use and track e-signature process. In a nutshell, Adobe sign offers - Document tracking, Signature Collection. It gives freedom to digitally sign a document from anyplace. Adobe sign is available on cross-platform. Which gives you the ability to sign even on mobile devices. Easy to send and allows multiple signs a document. Adobe Sign is a very effective e signing solution which has all features packed to make signing work completely digital. It offers feature as - Uploading Docs and inviting signers to sign - Keeping a track on progress - Supports wide array of format of file to sign - Supports signing on mobile devices - Supports customization of Signature Cons Cloud items tend to have an issue with coming in correctly when using the app. Which is the main reason I was using this. Sometimes depending on the computer, the platform can be really finicky and hard to get the signature to load. Adobe sign offers flawless e-signing solution. No Cons. Easy to use. Never encountered any issues with Adobe Sign. Adobe Sign is a very smooth e signing tool, which does its work beautifully.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform is very easy to navigate, and sending documents for signature takes only minutes. Real-time tracking and audit trails make it great for keeping things organized. What stands out the most is the platform’s reliability and security. I work with sensitive client documents, so features like audit trails, signer authentication, and encryption give me real peace of mind. The dashboard is well-organized, making it easy to manage multiple signature requests. The ability to create and reuse templates is a huge time-saver, especially for repeat agreements. This eSignature tool is exactly what I was looking for—simple, affordable, and effective. It doesn’t charge you extra for basic eSignature needs, which is a big plus. I also like how easily it connects with Docs Made Easy. The whole signing and document generation process feels seamless. This tool has made document signing within Salesforce a breeze. I no longer need to switch between apps - it’s all in one place. The drag-and-drop signature fields are easy to use, and I love how I can track the signing status in real-time. Sign Made Easy has made it so much easier for me to manage document signing. It’s simple to use, quick, and easy to figure out. I really like that my documents are kept safe and secure, and I can easily check where each document is in the signing process, which makes keeping track of everything much less stressful. Cons I wish there were more styling options for the signature itself. Some of the more advanced features, like team permissions and bulk sending, took a little time to learn. Once familiar, though, they’re incredibly useful. A mobile app would be a great next step! So far, I haven’t faced any issues. But if someone needs very specific or advanced features, they may need to explore the premium options. It would be great to have more template options for different types of documents. I’d love to see even more customization options for branding, like being able to fully personalize email notifications or signature request pages.
