Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very easily produces IS,BS,SOCF Easy AP/AR and general Journal entry (DR/CR) Can very easily delete/add accounts Can classify each account by cash flow type, department, and budget! There is a lot of flexibility in setting it up! Cons The BS doesn't total assets liabilities and owners equity Must have some knowledge of accounting, especially double entry bookkeeping (this isn't a con for me but is probably a deal breaker for others)
