		Pros from Real Users Pros Very user friendly and let the user perform many tasks that other platforms do not allow. Easy download of documents and metadata. DWR is extremely user friendly and has multiple functions that make it easy and fast to review and find documents. The best part of DWR are the individuals that help guide you through the program and provide you with instructions, guidance and support. The support is amazing and better than any other program like DWR that I (or my firm) has used in the past.
