	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I used S-Docs before, but it was a bit confusing and slow. Then I tried Docs Made Easy, and it’s so simple. I can create and edit documents in just a few clicks. Easy to use, cost-effective, and integrates smoothly with Salesforce. Creating templates is straightforward, and features like merge fields and conditional logic make document generation highly customizable. The support team is responsive and helpful. This tool offers exactly what I needed for generating documents within Salesforce. The template setup is straightforward, and I can easily get data from Salesforce. The automation features also help reduce repetitive work. Earlier, I was a Conga composer user but switched to Docs Made Easy because of conga's high pricing and poor support. And, I am glad I chose Docs Made Easy! It’s much more affordable and really easy to use. What I love the most is their support team; whenever I need help, they respond quickly and actually solve the problem. The tool is simple, works well with Salesforce, and helps me create documents in just a few clicks. I was searching for a document generation tool that wouldn’t be too expensive but still did the job well. Setting it up was simple, and I was able to create templates without any hassle. The best part is how smoothly it works—just a few clicks, and my documents are ready. Plus, the support team is super responsive whenever I have a question. Cons Sometimes big documents take a little longer, but it’s not a big issue. A slight learning curve for advanced features, but great documentation and support make it easier. Some settings were a bit confusing at first. It would be nice to have more help or tips while using it. It took me a little while to learn where everything was and how it worked, but that’s probably just me. Once I got used to it, it was super easy. It took me a little time to understand all the features, but once I got the hang of it, everything became easy.
