Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros ActivTrak is a software that allows me to track my employees’ productivity at a bigger scale. It has a wide range of features that study many different factors that help track productivity and unproductivity. It has a main dashboard that easily displays a view of the overall productivity and gives a great summary during the day, and if I want to go more in-depth, I can easily see individual summaries and know which applications or websites the employees are using during work hours, what they are doing and if they are completing their daily tasks. It provides great reports that are very specific and helpful. ActivTrak allows me to set a thoughtful and organized plan in order to increase productivity, provide a great work balance, create a nice work environment and more, thanks to its insights and powerful management tools that help me have more organization around our business team as a whole, guide us to a powerful workflow and a better collaboration between us all. I like that it monitors everything without sacrificing privacy between employees and it captures screenshots during work hours to ensure that everything is being done and productivity is not being killed, it keeps the most important data private so employees are not worried about non-work related information being seen, which is something I appreciate as it also helps me focus only on the work aspect of things. Additionally, I also love the fact that this software works in real time and provides different updates about activity logs, goals, website usage, throughout the day so that I am updated on everything that is happening on my team, and can set alarms to be informed about something suspicious happening or someone not being productive, and can easily set future goals to ensure a well-done work environment that is pleasant to be in and actually helps increase productivity on our team. The sales process was made easy. The application is easy to deploy (and fortunately easy to remove). ActivTrak helps to boost team productivity. It auto enables time tracking feature to analyze employee work and performance. Reliable and excellent user interface. Easy to track. Takes lots of snapshots. Easy to see what websites are productive and which are not. Easy setup and configuration. Simple administration. Robust reporting with detail broken down to 5-minute blocks of time. The screenshot library is a great tool. Cons There is definitely a learning curve with this software, when I started using it, it felt too cluttered because of the amount of features that this software has, and it did not felt convenient because it did not provide great resources to start learning how to use it, it was very difficult to set everything up and start using it in our business. Also, I do find that the pricing plan is incredibly high per user and I would like to see more affordable plans coming out with less features because there are some features that I do not implement but they are included in the plan. It would be great to have a more affordable or customized plan that adjusts to small businesses, but other than those two points, ActivTrak is a software that has been working pretty well and does not present any issues when it comes to actively monitoring employees’ work hours, which was a main concern because I needed a tool that would work during all our shifts and I can easily monitor everything without coming across glitches or bugs while doing it, and I am relieved that it works perfectly without any inconvenience and provides a stable platform. Completely ruined response time to salesforce.com and other internet resources even with their Chrome Extension "fix". I never encountered any problems with this platform. Some computers it's not tracking at all. Customer service was not helpful at all. Sometimes the agent doesn't timeout so it shows long blocks of passive time overnight when the PC is locked but that is the only "issue" we found.		Pros from Real Users Pros PBRS works very well for our needs. The software makes it easy to automate the delivery of crucial BI reports and dashboards. It is also easy to set up and easy to use.
