Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We evaluated dozens (literally dozens) of platforms for our CISO event. Given that we are in the security space, we take data privacy very seriously. Of everyone we chatted with, Accelevents gave us the greatest level of comfort around data privacy and security. It was user friendly, the support staff was very helpful and explained everything as asked. We had several meetings with support staff to ask questions about our marketing. Having an event with speakers and be able to offer our sponsors the virtual expo experience really gave us the opportunity to give our sponsors what they were hoping for in client contact. The gamification aspect was great. Imagine having a wonderful cruise planned. Tickets are bought, the boat is stocked, and you leave the port with the sun shining overhead and people waving from the dock. Then, fifteen minutes after you leave you float right into a hurricane and your boat, along with all of your hopes, sink into the dark water. That was the story of our Association, the Ohio Council for Home Care and Hospice. We had a lot of high hopes for the year, especially for our annual conference and we hit the Covid hurricane. On this distance though, we saw a ship that came to draw us out of the water and that ship was Accelevents. Accelevents saved our conference and in turn saved our lives at the OCHCH. The software is everything it should be. Easy to set up, easy to use, clean looking and yet attractive. Not only we were saved, we were saved by the Carnival Cruise boat. We have over 300 people attending our conference. From the keynote speakers to exhibitors and all the way to the attendees and our staff we have thoroughly enjoyed being "rescued" by Accelevents. We were able to move over to Accelevents 2 weeks before our in person event was supposed to take place. Impressive video quality. Above everything else: 24 hours technical support who are so very quick to response and so helpful!!! Cons The image upload process while setting up the event was annoying because we had to size the images before uploading them. The support team said that they are working to replace the upload process later this month tho so I’m excited for that enhancement before our next event. There were some times when the live feed would stop while the program reset and that delayed some of the presentations since it was a live event. We used gamification, it would be nice if we could keep the employees that check in with the Expo booths off the leader board. We needed more time to explain it to our users. From time to time there was a very minor glitch that was remedied by logging out and logging back on or telling people to switch to Chrome browser. They built a really solid system. We originally were looking for a 3d option but no one else could turn this around as fast as Accelevents. So it ended up being no problem. In my part of the world, somehow it wasn't working well with Google Chrome one day but it works well the next.		Pros from Real Users Pros EventsAir is a strong all-in-one event management platform, offering customizable registration, integrated apps for virtual and in-person events, real-time reporting, automation of communications, and efficient onsite solutions like badge printing and check-in. It’s scalable for small to large events, supports sponsors and exhibitors well, and provides reliable security and compliance with helpful customer support. I really like the communications area and also the ability to send bulk invitations. Also, I like the CRM system as well and make updates to the attendees' files. I love having all online aspects of the event is in one place, from the registration data to the mobile app. All work is done in the same platform, registrations, attendee app, website, Exhibition, Presenters, other portals. Everything is connected. Best support ever!! I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself. User Friendly Has modules to cover most scenarios Real time assistance Great onsite APP for both delegates and organisers Well thought out design, attention to detail, covers most functions related to event registrations, easy to use. So flexible - we can always find a way to configure our set-up to accommodate our complex ticket options for our event portfolio. There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir: - The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so. - The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer. - The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete. It's easy to use, user friendly and amazing! It's the ease of having clients register for an event we host.
