Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to Learn, helpful staff- they are always supportive when things go wrong and easy to work with. Scheduling, documentation, communication, billing and administrative functions are taken of in an organized and efficient manner. Customized our forms to meet our needs. Training and customer services are excellent! I love the fact that AZZLY is an integrated solution, the billing component makes getting paid easier and faster. It is exactly what we needed as a solution. Cons Sometimes this system does not save notes or is slow. Sometimes the system is slow to load. This can be a little frustrating. So far there are no cons that I can think of, the only thing I would say is that the mobile experience could be better.		Pros from Real Users Pros I liked the immediate response that was provided by the customer service team. The user interface required several layers of support and every time, the team was amazing in their detailed and quick response.
