Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros In the first three years, I have been using the Basic plan for $99.99 per year. However, I have exceeded my monthly request limit, and my current subscription plan does not allow any further API requests for this period. This is ok for my business and I am happy with this. - Ease of use - Documentation is okay - Setup was okay - Pricing at beginning was okay, but it increased by 50% without warning. Cons Starting September 2023, the service provider will charge extra fees if my request exceeds the limit of my subscription plan. However, I recently received a notification from their system stating that I have already exceeded the monthly request limit allowed by my current subscription plan. - Very aggressive - Auto renew without warning - Threaten legal action with no leeway - Does not listen
